Natural Acne Treatment That You Might Want to Start Off...
Anyone can begin with a natural acne treatment to see if it helps. Some say
natural is better, so make an attempt with a natural acne treatment as a first step. Allow four weeks for the

1. - Keep face clean by washing two to three times daily. Do not over do it as your face could become dry and

mild non-abrasive soap and rinse in warm water. Don't wipe, just gently pat dry your face.

water.
3. - An intake of the following vitamins to strengthen the skin: Vitamin C - 1000mg; Vitamin E - 400iu and Vitamin
B Complex - 100mg
4. - Take 5mg/day of Zinc which aids in healing of tissue and assist in preventing scarring. It also help the body
to resist inflammation and infection.
5. - Use lemon for natural exfoliation. Their natural sloughing treatment remove dead cells from clogged pores.
First squeeze a fresh lemon into a bowl. Use cotton ball to apply on face. Let the lemon juice to dry for 10
minutes, then rinse with cold water. Treatment twice a day.
6. - Control diet by not consuming excessive calories. It can cause increase of testosterone which is responsible
for sebum production that leads to more pimples.
7. - Get more sleep. Less sleep will increase hormone levels that leads to increased sebum production. The end
result is more acne.
8. - Drink more water to flush out the toxins and help skin to remain healthy.
9. - Practice more relaxation. Avoid stress which tend to aggravate acne and increase their level.
10. - Exercise more. It increase blood circulation and provide more oxygen to all parts of the body organs
including the skin.
11. - Use ice cubes to ice new forming pimple. Wrap ice and place on new pimples. Hold for few minutes. Perform
three times daily.
